All items are sold "AS IS" and without any warranty by Bay Area Auction Services. An 18% buyers premium will be added to the purchase price. Plus 7% State Sales Tax if applicable.
TITLED VEHICLES - All require down payment of 18% Cash or Credit Card day of sale and full balance payment following workday via Cash,or Bank Wire Transfer. There are no refunds allowed.Buyers must pickup in person w/identification for title transfer unless you are a dealer and have setup with the office.
