This item WAS NOT SOLD. Auction date was 2015 May 26 @ 10:00UTC-4 : AST/EDT
Please do not try to pickup your items until after the office contacts you and account is settled. By registering you agree that you are buying as is without any guarantee.
Not all lots are posted online for various reasons.(This usually happens when lots are mixed, item has a major issue that we have discovered or it came in past the deadline for posting.)
There will be pauses in between online lots and you will hear the auction continuing. The item that you see online can still receive bids, however it will not advance until the auctioneer reaches that catalog lot number. All items are sold AS IS without any warranty.
Message window: Although you can send messages the operator cannot see them in the bid window. Periodically the window is scanned for new messages. You also cannot offer bids in the message window. The operator cannot place bids for anyone in the bidding platform. It must originate from your computer bid window.
Please wait to pick up your items until we are done with the auction and contact you. ONLINE BIDDERS THAT SHOW UP BEFORE WE FINISH WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS.

BIDDING RULES: INTERNET BIDS tied with the floor are sold to the onsite floor bidder. Online bids start no higher than our asking start price. ---- eg: Ask is $20 and say you put a max bid in for $50.The bid would start at $20 if there were no floor bids that are higher. The next bid is from the floor for $30 your bid is proxied by the server for you to $40…floor bid comes in at $50 the bidding stops & lot sells to the floor for $50. It’s the same as if you were at the auction in person and had a $50 limit in your mind but another bidder got to $50 before you. Also the reverse holds true. If no one bid above that original $20 you would get it for that amount even though your max was $50. Example Hint, if you go to an extra increment higher such as $60 or $110 instead it wins more times since it seems that $50 & $100 are the magic numbers on everyone’s list. If you want the bidding to start at your Max Bid you need to let us know day before the auction. (Some bidders are misinformed about live bid auctions. This is not timed (Internet Only Auction) so live online bids can only win ties against other earlier Internet Bids.)
**Notice to Credit Card Users:
If you are using a card with 0 balance, non account card or pre-paid card with no balance it is still your responsibility to pay for items bid on and won at auctions. This must be done in an expeditious manner to avoid issues. We have to account to Court Trustees - Consigners - Police Departments and others.
Florida law shows that individuals can be held accountable and subject to a Class 5 or 6 Felony for not paying after bidding while using a credit card online. It's called "Attempted Fraud of a Merchant". Penalties are higher when it involves out of state.
